Teacher Training
Teacher Education & Professional Development Department
No educational system can be complete without teachers who can turn its philosophy and standards into a real experience for learners.
The Faratar Teacher Education & Development Department was founded with this very vision — its goal is not merely to teach teaching methods, but to nurture teachers who understand learning as a scientific, human, and deliberately designed process.
At Faratar, we believe teaching is not simply transferring knowledge; it is designing an experience that helps learners think better, act with more confidence, and learn how to remain lifelong learners. For this reason, Faratar teachers become familiar not only with course books, but also with the learning sciences, cognitive psychology, instructional design, formative assessment, educational technology, and the principles of deep learning — the very foundations on which Faratar's educational philosophy is built.
The goal of this department is not to train a teacher for one specific class; it is to develop professionals who can create a standard, coherent, learner-centered experience in any educational setting.
Areas of Activity
The Teacher Education & Professional Development Department operates across four main pathways:
1. Faratar Teacher Training
Preparing teachers to teach across Faratar's various departments, familiarizing them with the educational philosophy, teaching framework, classroom standards, assessment methods, use of educational technology, and implementation of the Faratar learning system.
2. Teacher Professional Development
The world of education is constantly changing, and the best teachers are always learning. This section supports teachers' continuous growth through workshops, specialized courses, feedback sessions, classroom observation, instructional coaching, and knowledge-update programs — an approach that is also one of the core principles of the Faratar teaching framework.
3. Open Teacher Training Courses
Running specialized Teacher Training courses for teachers, students, and anyone interested in English language teaching — courses that, alongside practical teaching skills, focus on learning design, effective feedback, classroom management, online teaching, and professional development.
4. Educational Research & Innovation
Ongoing study and evaluation of new teaching methods, educational technologies, artificial intelligence, the learning sciences, and current global research, with the goal of continuously improving the Faratar educational system and bringing new findings into teacher training programs.
Methodology
This department's programs combine theoretical training, classroom observation, practical teaching, feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Beyond learning concepts, participants have the opportunity to apply what they've learned in real situations and receive ongoing feedback.
At the end of each training pathway, a certificate of completion is issued, and teachers who meet Faratar's professional standards can begin working as members of the Faratar Teacher Network.
