Quality at Faratar isn't an accident; it's the result of continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. The Quality Control team is responsible for making sure that what's promised in the design is delivered at the same standard in the learner's actual experience. Through regular session reviews, teacher performance evaluations, analysis of learner and parent feedback, and measuring how well learning objectives are met, this team ensures that every part of the Faratar system operates according to defined standards. Its findings feed directly back to the R&D team, so strengths are reinforced and challenges become opportunities for improvement. Part of this responsibility includes access to the internal notes teachers record — notes that are never visible to the learner or their family.
