Before any idea reaches a live class, it has been born, researched, designed, and tested within this team. The R&D team is the beating heart of Faratar's educational system; responsible for developing the teaching philosophy and framework, designing learning paths, structuring terms and skill sequences, and producing and updating all educational content — from slides and videos to interactive exercises and learning projects. This team works on the foundations of learning science, cognitive psychology, and instructional design, and continuously turns the Quality Control team's data and feedback into fresh solutions. Its mission isn't just designing Faratar's present, but the ongoing learning that shapes its future.
